Addi-Belle's hurt hand

Payson and AddiBelle are doing really good at learning to
go potty in the potty seat.  They are getting to where they will
just go with out asking for help.   This is what happened the day
Addi-Belle got her hand shut in the bathroom door.  Payson wanted
to go potty, and Addi-Belle was playing with him.  He shut the door,
but little did he know that it was right on Addi-Belle's poor little
left hand.  Addi-Belle could hardly know what was going on herself.
She screamed, and we all came running to see what the matter was.
Addi-Belle's hand was on the left side of the door.
The door was completely closed.

All of Addi-Belle's fingers were caught in the door.
She cried for one whole hour.
We decided to take her to Lovelace urgent care.
When we got there, we found that there was a
two hour wait.  We took her to After Hours Pediactric,
which only takes appointments.  We went there,
and they made an appointment for 20 minutes later

Addi-Belle held her poor little fingers.
This is her waiting in the foyer at
After Hours Pediatric.
They have interesting windows that
got the kid's attention.
There was also a hugh magnetic board,
Payson especially loved this and played
on it for quite some time.

The doctor (Peggy (Margaret) Hoemeke) looked at Addi-Belle's hand.
She was really gentle and nice with Addi-Belle.

The doctor decided to go ahead and get an Xray,
so ironically, we had to go back to the Lovelace Urgent
care where we already were earlier.  The good thing is
that we would just go straight to Xray.
We went to the Xray and then came back
to After Hours Pediactics, and the doctor wrapped
Addi-Belle's hand.  It will help keep her fingers
straight and to minimize the swelling.
Lots of Tylonel for Addi-Belle tonight.
The Xray shows that her fingers only got
smashed.  There were no breaks.
No more fingers in doors please !!!
